SPARKS project
Sparks started as a 3-year project, set up independently to help the people of Barrowcliff, a deprived area of Scarborough, who were falling through the net and in desperate need of support. Funded by Barrowcliff Big Local and ESF, the project was launched in 2018 and continued operating throughout the pandemic, supporting vulnerable residents. Such was its success, Sparks Project became a registered charity to ensure the future of its important work supporting those living in incredibly difficult situations.
Michelle, the CEO of Sparks, a passionate leader and champion for those in need, briefed us to create a more professional look for the project, to enable it to confidently approach funders and attract the vital additional support it needed to thrive.
